Section 12 of the Principal Ordinance is hereby amended as follows:— (a) by the insertion of the word “veoistered ” between the words “the” and “owner” appearing i the fourth line of subsection (2); (6) by the renumbering of subsection (3) as subsection (4) thereof; and (c) by the insertion of the following subsection as subsection (3) thereof:— “(3) The registered owner or the new owner, as the case may be, who eontravencs any of the provisions of the furevoing subsections shall be guilty of wun offence”. 6.
