(0) the necessary materials to enable voters to mark the ballot papers; (v) the necessary materials for putting the official mark on the ballot papers; (7) at least two copies, which he shall certify, of the Register of voters hereinafter called ‘the official list of voters” relating to the electoral district to which he is appointed; (€) at least three copies of the directions for the guidance of voters in the form set out as Form No. 15 in the Second Schedule; (7) a blank poll book; (y) the several forms of oaths to be administered to voters or other persons; (A) such other things as may be necessary for conducting the election in the manner provided by this Ordinance. 60. (1) Each candidate may, before the commencement of the poll, appoint one polling agent to attend to a polling station and one counting agent to attend at the counting of the voter, (2) An agent may be appointed on behalf of more than one candidate. (3) Every appointment of an agent shall be in Writing and shall state the name and address of the person appointed and shall be given, duly sivned by the candidate, to the presiding officer or the returning officer as the case may be. 61. (1) The poli shall be taken in each electoral district by secret ballot in accordance with the provisions of seetions 69, 70 and 71.
