Pension (Amendment)

Amendment 4. Section 23 of the Principal Ordinance
of section # shall have effect and shall be deemed always to
pal Ordinance. have had effect as if—

(a) a colon were substituted for the

full-stop at the end thereof; und

(b) the following proviso were inserted
immediately thereafter—

*“ Provided further that when the
name of any school is added to the
Schedule such addition shall take effect
as if the name of such school had been
inserted in the Schedule at the commence-
ment of this Ordinance.”’.
