An Ordinance to amend further the Minerals
(Vesting) Ordinance, 1948.

BE 1? ORDAINED by the Governor and
Legislative Council of Antigua as follows:—

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Short title.

and shall be read as one with the Minerals (Vest-
ing) Ordinance, 1945, as amended, hereinafter

ealled the Principal Ordinance.

2. Section 2 of the Principal Ordinance is Amendment of

hereby amended by the insertion of the following (ic ‘Principal
definition between the definitions of the expressions Ordinance.

hereby ainended as follows:— the Principal
Ordinance,
(a) by the insertion of the words “ pros-
pecting and” between the words ‘of ’” and
‘mining ” in the marginal note thereto;
