Biacksurne, Governor. WHEREAS by section 7 of the Interpretation of Laws (Amend-. ment) Ordinance, 1954 (Saint Christopher, Nevis and Anguilla No. 4 of 1954) it is provided that the said Ordinance shall come into operation on such a day as the Governor may appoint by proclamation published , in the Gazette: NOW, THEREFORE, I, Kennerg Witiiam BLackBurne, a Knight. Commander of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, an Officer of the Most Excellent Order of the British - Empire, Governor and Commander in Chief in and over the Colony of the Leeward Islands and Vice Admiral of the same, do by this my proclamation declare that the said Ordinance shall come into operation on the 24th day of June, 1964.
