By virtue of the provisions of
Section 3 of the Quarantine Act,
No. 25 of 1944, as amended by Act
No. 10 of 1950, the Governor has been
pleased to appoint Dr. EH. O. JACOBS
to be Quarantine Authority for the
Presidency of the Virgin Islands, in
place of Dr. J. D. ROSANELLI, with
effect from the 29th May, 1954.
