Chemist’s certificate showing analysis of the flour, enrichment standard and -duly {notarized must accompany documents. Tenders should be in sealed envelopes marked “ ‘lenders for flour’? and should be addressed to His Honour the Administrator and should reach the Administrator’s Office not later than 4 p.m. on 3lst March, 1954. 5.
