(c) the fact that. there was any minor irregularity in the convening of any meeting thereof. 181: Save as is otherwise expressly pro- vided by any Ordinance, whenever any act or thing is required to be done by more than two ’ persons, a majority of them may do it. 18J. Whenever any Act of the Imperial Parliament is extended to the Presidency such Act shall be read with such formal alterations as to names, localities, courts, officers, persons, moneys, penalties and otherwise as may be necessary to make the same applicable to the circumstances.” © : 6.
