An Act to amend the Leeward Islands Scholarship
Act, 1937.

BE IT ENACTED by the Governor and
General Legislative Council of the Leeward Islands
us follows: —

1. This Act. may be cited as the Leeward short title.
Islands Scholarship (Amendment) Act, 1954, and
shall be read as one with the Leeward Islands 6/1987.
Scholarship Act, 1937, hereinafter called the
Principal Act.

2. The proviso to subsection (1) of section 4 Amendment
of section 4 of

‘of the Principal Act is hereby amended by the ff! Prineipal

substitution of the words “General Legislative Act.
Council” for the words “ General Legislature” and

by the deletion of the words “by resolution ”
appearing therein.
