 The subjoined Order in Council made under the Dangerous
 Drugs Act (Ch. 12 of 1938 1939) is published for general in-
 formation.

 ORDER IN COUNCIL
 THE DANGEROUS DRUGS ACT.
 WHEREAS by Section 11(2) of the Dangerous Drugs Act,
 1938 power is conferred upon His Excellency the Governor in
 Council by Order in Council to declare that Part IV of that Act
 shall apply to any drug of whatever kind in the same manner as
 it applies to the drugs mentioned in Section 11(1) of the Act if
 it appears to him that the drug is or is likely to be productive,
 if improperly used, of ill effects substantially of the same character
 or nature as or analogous to those produced by morphine or co-
X caine.
