An Ordinance ro amend the Government Electri-
city, Ice and Cold Storage Ordinance, 1956
(No. 36 of 1956).

Be it enacted by the Queen’s Most Excellent
Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the
Legislative Council of Antigua, and by the
authority of the same as follows:— ,

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the
Government Electricity, Tce and Cold Storage
(Amendment) Ordinance, 1964, and shall be read
as one with the Government Electricity, Ice and
Cold Storage Ordinance, 1956, hereinafter called
the principal Ordinance.

2. The principal Ordinance is amended as
follows:—

(i) by adding the following to paragraph

(m) of subsection (1) of section 29—

“the fees to be paid for inspection
of installations and apparatus;” ;
