VIRGIN ISLANDS.

A PROCLAMATION.

Acting Administrator.

WHEREAS by section 38 of the Facilities for Title
Ordinance, 1964, it is provided that the said Ordinance shall
come into operation on a day to be appointed by the Adminis-
trator by proclamation published in the Gazette.

NOW, [THEREFORKH, [, Huce Borrowsgs, Acting
Administrator of the Virgin Islands, do by this my proclamation
declare that the said Ordinance shall come into operation on the
Ist day of October, 1964.

AND all her Her Majesty’s officers and loving subjects in
the Colony and all others whom it may concern are hereby
required to take due notice hereof and to give their ready
obedience accordingly.

GIVEN at the Administrator’s Office at Tortola, in

. the Virgin Islands, this 10th day of September

196-4, and in the thirteenth year of Her Majesty’s |
reign.
