that by virtue of the power and auth-
ority vested in me under section 3 of
the Coroner's Act, 1949 (No. 11 of
1949) and of all other powers and
authorities me thereunto enabling, I
do hereby appoint EVAN LANDON
CREQUE, during such time as he may
be performing the duties of Warden
of the Island of Barbuda in the Colony
of Antigua, to be a Deputy Coroner
in and for the Magisterial District
"C in the said Island and Colony.

Magistrate's Code of Procedure Act,

especial trust and oonfidenue in the
loyalty, integrity and ability of EVAN
LANDON CREQUE. hereby nomin-
ate, constitute and appoint the said
EVAN LANDON CREQUE to be a
Justice of the Peace in and for the
Islands of Barbuda in the Colony of
Antigua during such time as he may
be performing the duties of Warden
of the said Island of Barbuda.
