Indication of Prices

Notice is hereby given that all
retailers of Fruits, Vegetables and
Fresh Meat, — items appearing in
Parts I and III of the Schedule of the
Price Control (Meat, Fish and Vegeta-
bles) Order, 1962, (No. 4 of 1962), are
required to mark the gelling price in
a conspicuous and legible manuer, of
any controlled item offered for sale,
in accordance with Section 6 (1) of the
Distribution and Price of Goods
Ordinunce, No. 17 of 1958.

The posting of prices is expected to
be complete by Saturday, 31st August
1963, from which date, any trader
who fails to comply will be proge-
cuted.

Notice is hereby given the complete
specimen left with the above applica-
tion on tha 28th day of April, 1963
has been accepted and that the said
application and specification will be
open to public inspection any time
between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and
3.30 p.m. on all working days except-
ing Saturdays when the hours will be
from 9.00 a.m. to 12 noon.

Any person desiring to oppose the
grant of Letters Patent on the above
application on any of the grounds
allowed by the above cited Act, may
give notice of such opposition in the
prescribed manner at the Registrar’s
Office at any time within three months
from the date of this advertisement.
