GRADUATE COURSES The fields of graduate work offered in Biology are determined by the interests of the staff and facilities available. This includes such subjects as ecology, limnology, marine biology, zoogeography, game management, comparative anatomy, embryology, cytology and histology. Groups in which the staff is specially interested are: flatworms, spiders, insects, fishes, amphibians, reptiles, birds, and mammals. Departmental study collections are maintained of all classes of vertebrates and some groups of invertebrates. Those of the southeastern states and of the Caribbean region are of special interest. Reference collections for food-habit studies are also maintained. At the University of The statement "Offered 1" means offered first semester; 2, second semester; 3, summer session.
