PSY 651-PRACTICUM IN PROFESSIONAL PSYCHOLOGY. 5 credits Prerequisites: PSY 637, PSY 643, admission to program in clinical, counseling, or school psychology. Supervised training in appropriate work settings relating theoretical understanding of personality to case handling and consultation through a variety of psychological assessment and treatment procedures. Designed as a sequence of 3 quarters paralleling academic course work. Each succeeding registra- tion requires increasing levels of competence and responsibility.
