LW 522-CIVIL PROCEDURE. 4 credits The judicial system and the function of procedure in that system for the adjudication of civil cases. LW 531-PROPERTY I. 3 credits Problems in possession; the bona fide purchaser of personal property; introduction to the law of real property: types of estates, origin and development of methods of creating and transferring estates; landlord and tenant.
