Programs leading to the Doctor of Philosophy degree, with emphasis on problems related to poultry science, may be obtained through the Department of Animal Science or Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition, with faculty members from the Department of Poultry Science directing the program. Areas of specialization for both master's and Ph.D. degrees are management, nutrition, physiology, and poul- try products technology.
