Read guidelines carefully and supply a copy to the typist. Student is expected to have the thesis in proper form before giving it to the typist. Notice of Final Examination -Final Examination Payment of binding fee [also Micro- filming Fee if in Nursing] (HUB) Submission of thesis Chairperson, Supervisory Committee Supervisory Committee Student Student Form must be in Graduate School not later than 5 working days prior to the scheduled examination. Not more than 6 months prior to the date the degree will be awarded. Ori- ginal only of Final Examination Report should be turned in to the Graduate School Editorial Office .(109 Grinter Hall) with the final copy of the thesis.
