The Department of Urban and Regional Planning offers graduate work leading to the degree of Master of Arts in Urban and Regional Planning (M.A.U.R.P.). Students are encouraged to enter the program at the beginning of fall semester each academic year. The program is usually completed in two academic years. The student entering with an undergraduate degree and no graduate study must complete 48 hours of credit for the M.A.U.R.P. degree. Students who have earned graduate credit in related fields may transfer
