proving housing conditions. De-
termine which things can be at-
tained by individual families
and which require group action.
Plan for and make a visit to
homes in the community to ob-
serve some features of good
housing such as, adequate and
safe water supply, disposal of
waste, a recreation room, and ex-
tra bedroom in the attic, a cen-
ter of interest made from an un-
used door.

Display home-constructed ar-
ticles and discuss possibilities for
constructing simple articles for
home conveniences using avail-
able resources.
