 teacher time. Expanded English expression of the essay
 type may be suitably stressed in other written work where
 it will not needlessly hinder, or prolong, the scoring
 process.
 6. Join the National Science Teachers' Association. The
 N.S.T.A. is actively working on science teaching load
 evaluation. The Association's packets of enrichment
 pamphlets will save time in assembling materials of this
 nature.
 In conclusion, the scientific attitude, when focused on the
student, will lead the teacher to approach all tasks with vigor,
confidence and an enthusiasm for results. Mere "busywork"
and "putting in time" will have no appeal for the science teach-
er who channels his energy for greater leadership in student
growth.
