 1. Before pupils enroll in physics:
 a. Put on interesting well-planned assembly pro-
 grams in playlet form containing striking experi-
 ments which are visible to the audience, force-
 fully presented, and which carefully adhere to a
 prepared script. Preliminary advertising, spot-
 lighting, and proper sound effects help to carry
 the program. Science quiz programs have proved
 successful if properly planned.
