 The State Board for Vocational Education, through its authorized
 representatives, shall approve and designate all teacher-training
 institutions and all personnel employed to carry out the function
 of practical nursing education teacher training.

 It shall be the responsibility of the State Board for Vocational
 Education to establish close coordination between teacher
 training and teacher certification.

4.3 Methods to be Used in Providing In-Service Training. Systematic
 group instruction may be given to members of the faculty of local
 practical nursing education programs by full-time or part-time
 teacher trainers employed by designated institutions or agencies,
 including county boards of public instruction.

 Systematic individual instruction may be given to practical nursing
 teachers by full-time or part-time teacher trainers employed by
 designated institutions or agencies, including county boards of
 public instruction,

 Short, intensive instruction may be given to individuals or groups
 of practical nursing education teachers by qualified teacher trainers.

 Local directors of vocational education, senior coordinators of
 trade and industrial education, or local supervisors of practical
 nursing education may provide short, intensive instruction to
 individuals or to groups of practical nursing teachers for the
 primary purpose of improving instruction. Such teacher training
 will not carry college or certification credit.

4.4 Requirements for Admission to Teacher-Training Programs.

 4.41 Teachers. In-service teacher training will be provided for
 those who have the necessary nursing experience and who
 are teaching or who are assured of employment in the
 immediate future in the practical nurse training program.
 Such persons must be registered professional nurses,
 licensed by the Florida State Board of Nursing.

 4.42 Teacher Coordinators. Requirements shall be the same as
 those for teachers.

 4.43 Coordinators. Requirements shall be the same as those for
 teachers.

 4.44 Supervisors. Requirements shall be the same as those for
 teachers.
