 2.65 Qualifications of Teachers.

 2.65-1 Teachers of Occupational Practice. Teachers of
 such subjects shall be registered professional
 nurses, licensed by the Florida State Board of
 Nursing.

 2.65-2 Teachers of Technical Subjects. Teachers of tech-
 nical subjects must possess the same qualifications
 as teachers of occupational practice.


3.0 ADVISORY COMMITTEES

 3. 1 Plan for State Advisory Committee.

 3.11 Basis for Group and Agency Representation. The state
 advisory committee, conforming to the conditions out-
 lined in Section I, 1. 82 and 1. 83 of this Plan shall be com-
 posed of members representing the following groups and
 agencies:

 Florida State Nurses Association
 Florida State Board of Nurse Registration and Nursing
 Education
 Florida Hospital Association
 Florida State Board of Health
 Florida Medical Association
 Florida State League for Nursing
 Licensed Practical Nurses Association of Florida
 American Red Cross
 State Department of Education
 National Council of Administrators of Vocational Education
 and Practical Arts (Florida Chapter)
 The Lay Public

 3.2 Plan for Local Advisory Committees.

 3.21 Basis for Group and Agency Representation. All groups or
 agencies within a county which are directly concerned with
 practical nursing should be represented on the local advisory
 committee.

 3.22 Method of Selection and Appointment. Committee members
 are to be selected from names submitted by representative
 groups or agencies and appointed by the county superintendent
 of public instruction upon the recommendation of the local
 director of vocational education, the senior coordinator of
 trade and industrial education, or the head teacher in charge
