Schools shall maintain an adequate system of cumulative student personnel records. 3.3 Minimum Grade Completed. Any person may be permitted to enroll who has completed the tenth grade or its equivalent as determined by a standardized achievement test and who can reasonably be expected to profit by the instruction offered. 4.0 STUDENT TRAVEL No funds are to be used for reimbursement of student travel. 5.0 QUALIFICATIONS OF TEACHERS 5.1 Teachers of Extension Classes. 5.11 Experience in Technical Occupation. Teachers of evening or part-time technical extension classes shall have had at least six years of practical experience in the occupation to be taught, a minimum of two of which must have been at the technician or engineering level, except that only two years of experience as a technician or engineer shall be required of graduates of four-year college technical institutes or schools of engineering approved by the State Board. In any occupation requiring employees to be licensed by a legally constituted federal, state, or local licensing agency, such teachers shall also hold a valid license to work in that occupation. 5.12 Training for Teaching. No specific training is required for teachers of evening or part-time technical extension classes other than the in-service training that may be required by local boards of public instruction. 5.2 Teachers of Preparatory Classes. 5.21 Experience in Technical Occupation.
