Carnival 1980 P.K. Yonge's first SPRING CARNIVAL was a great success. Chairman Garry Banks did an outstanding job in organizing the festive occasion. The entire school, kindergarten through twelve, attended. There were pies to throw, horses to ride, balls to kick, and food to eat. There were cake walks, hay rides, and games to play. When you were "all tuckered out from all that," you could relax by listening to Tom Boynton's band. You could even change your appearance at the make-up booth. It was a great way to begin Spring Break.
