12 1 EALLOGICAL RMCORDS TE E IR S0N FAMILY _JOR AARON T. FRMIRSON was the first of the name that live in Florida. He was a native of Sumtor County, South Caro- lina, and was born December 3, 1806. He came to Florida in 1843, settling in the neighborhood of Spring Hill, near Brooksville, in Hernando County. He .ras married three times, the first time to Hester Mills, of South Carolina, in 1829.; His second marriage was to Isabella Lowry, also of South Carolina, in 1839. His third marriage was to Mary M. Wall,i oldest daughter of Perry G. and Nancy (Ihnter) Wall. (See all f airly. ) By his first marriage Aaron T. Frierson vas the father of tliree sons-William, James and Samuel. By his second marria.-e orn daughter, named Sarah Jane, who married Joseph Taylor. Br his third wife he was the father of seven child- ren; but four sons died in infancy, only three children gro.'in up)--one son anitvo daughters. (1) Thoe rLtir child was Taylor, who n-arried Annie UaL~- enhardt, of Tampa. They had five children--Henry, rerry G., Edwrard, Florence and :uth. (2) Julia, born December 13, 1857, m nrriod James E., the oldest son of Captain Francis Asbury Hendry, of Fort !iyers, where they hcw reside. (See .Hendry fEamily. ) (3) Ella, born uly 12, 1862, the youngest child of Aaron T. and Mary M. (Wal ) Frierson, married Louis Hondry in 1878, the youngest brot.r of her asiter's husband. She died August 4, 1901, leaving eight children. (See Hendry family.) James Frierson, the second son of Aaron T. and d -a- bella (Lowry) ,his;second wifo, was born in Sumter, South Carolina. He married Louisa Law, daughter of Captain Petea2 'Law, a farmer of Hamilton County, Georgia, who cape to Flo* ida in the early forties. James Frierson came to Florida ; with his father and settled near him in Hernando County. Jams Frierson died in 1896; his wife had died twelve years before. They had eight children, four sons and four Daughters, named below: 1 (1) William J., the oldest son of James and Louisa i S(Law) Frierson, was born in Hernando County, Florida, Oeto ber 14, 1858.
