The theme for this year's activities is: A "Paws" In Time, 99 Years and Counting. This theme was selected to honor our BHS tiger, PAWS. He was created just for Blountstown High School and his name stands for PRIDE, ATTITUDE, WISDOM, AND SPIRIT. And, of course, since next year is our 100th birthday, we wanted to have a theme that encouraged the community to begin thinking about how we would like to celebrate this upcoming event. Homecoming will be cele- brated the week of October 23-27. Activities for the week are tentatively planned as fol- lows: Monday-Decades Day- everyone is encouraged to drag out your poodle skirts and saddle, oxfords, your t- die shirts. and sandals, or whatever "old" styles you might prefer and help us start out the home'cominrE week with a bang! Tuesday-Class Colors Day-each class is assigned a specific color and members are that class are encouraged to wear. a shirt of that color. Seniors, should wear RED, juniors should wear BLACK, sophomores should wear WHITE, and freshmen should wear BLUE. The coronation will be in the BHS auditorium on Tuesday afternoon.
