DEATHS


 Allen
 E. Arthur Allen, 90, of Plant City died
Nov. 8.
 He was born in Detroit and was a
longtime resident of this area.
 He was an electrical contractor and
served in the ship repair unit of the
U.S. Navy in San Diego, Calif., during
World War II. He was past Master of
the Olin S. Wright Masonic Lodge No.
79 of Plant City; a Mason in the Scot-
tish Rite Bodies since 1978; a member
since 1949 of the Egypt Temple Shrine
in Tampa; and a past Worthy Patron of
the Order of the Eastern Star's Sarasota
chapter No. 66 in 1948 and Plant City
chapter No. 81 in 1987.
 He is survived by his wife, Georgie;
two sons, David E. and John A.; two
daughters, Bertha Louise and Kathleen
Ramona; a stepdaughter, Frances Mae
Penn; and four grandchildren.

 Harrison
 Ruby L. Harrison, 93, of Arcadia died
Nov. 11.
 She was born in Dublin, Ga., and
was a longtime resident of this area.


 She was a former citrus grader and a
member of Temple Baptist Church in
Arcadia.
 She is survived by a son, John D. of
Homosassa; a daughter, Betty Brow-
ning of Auburndale; three brothers,
Royce Dixon of Lithia, Roy and Charley
Dixon, both of High Springs; two sis-
ters, Avis Thomas and Dorothy
Thomas, both of Lake Placid; six
grandchildren; 14 great-grandchil-
dren; and seven great-great-grandchil-

 Hines
 James W. Hines, 54, of Lakeland died
Nov. 7.
 He was born in Plant City and moved
from Plant City to Lakeland three years
ago.
 He was a house painter and a Bapt-
ist.
 He is survived by two sons, James
Hines and Robert Moore, both of Plant
City; two sisters, Linda Novak of Plant
City and Wendy Lemire of Tampa; two
brothers, Al of Alabama and Kenneth
of Lakeland; and two grandchildren.

 Kenemuth
 Wayne H. Kenemuth, 89, of Plant


City died Nov. 10.
 He was born in Clarion, Pa., and was
owner/operator of a real estate
business.
 He is survived by two daughters,
Beverly K. Kenemuth and Sally N. Kim-
brell; a sister, Helen Piazza; two grand-
children; and two great-
grandchildren.

 Kent
 Charles "Rusty" Kent, 67, of Dover
died Nov. 7.
 He was born in Delta City, Miss., and
moved here from Mississippi in 1962.
 He was a retired lineman for GTE, a
veteran of the U.S. Army and a member
of Countryside Baptist Church of
Dover.
 He is survived by his wife, Ann; a
son, Charlie of Seffner; a daughter,
Theresa Fleming of Spring Hill; a
brother, Ray of Clinton, Miss.; a sister,
Margie Cooper of Glen Allen, Miss.;
and three grandchildren.

 Marvel
 Sherry L. Marvel, 33, of Plant City
died Nov. 4.
 She was born in Bartow and was a
lifelong resident of this area.


 She was a homemaker.
 She is survived by her mother,
Teresa of Plant City; her father, Karl of
Apollo Beach; a son, Seth Thomson of
Lithia; a daughter, Skye-Lyn Allen of
Lakeland; and a sister, Karla Marvel of
Vero Beach.

 Patricia C. Touchton, 63, of Land 0'
Lakes died Nov. 9.
 She was born in Tampa and moved
from Plant City to Land 0' Lakes 40
years ago.
 She was a school bus attendant for
Pasco County.
 She is survived by a son, Curtis L. of
Wesley Chapel; three daughters, Tina
of Dunellon, Rhonda of Land 0' Lakes
and Sharon Ford of Wesley Chapel;
two brothers, Johnny Godwin of Ocala
and Jerry Godwin of Thonotosassa;
three sisters, Joan Jackson, Gwen
Parton and Barbara Brown, all of Tho-
notosassa; and five grandchildren.

 Lowell "Ray" Voyles, 71, of St.
Petersburg, formerly of Plant City, died
Oct. 29.
