Now, adding to the lo- cal awareness bf this musical con, another cornerstone of Greenville, Elesta Pritch- ett, presented two books about Charles to Michelle Holbrook, Branch Manager of the Greenville Library. SAccording to Pritchett, the books were found from an online search, purchased and then donated by Justi- na Cone, who later asked Pritchktt to make the formal presentation at the library As the previous Mayor and current Councilwoman for Greenville, as well as a friend to Charles family years ago, Pritchett holds the Charles memorial very dear. SBoth books were authored and autographed by Su- san Sloate. The first is titled Ray Charles, Young Musi- cian and the second is titled Ray Charles, Find Another Way.
