While at FIU, Williams majored in Criminal Justice and minored in Sports Management, and played for the FIU Golden Panthers. Williams is the only Golden Pan- ther to ever catch more than 200 passes in his career. He is ranked in the top 10 nationally, the first FIU receiver to do so.
