Mr. Joseph F. Kerce
Mr. Joseph F Kerce, 54, of John-
son, Florida, died, Friday afternoon
at his residence. A
native of Palatka,
Florida, Mr. Kerce
had been a resi- ri
dent of Johnson.

chine mechanic and had worked
with I.M.C. in Plant'City, Florida
for fifteen years and then at TECH
inc. in Gainesville, Florida. Mr.
Kerce was an avid Florida Gator fan
and enjoyed freshwater fishing in
his spare time. He was a member of
the Paran Baptist Church in Gran-
din, Florida. Mr. Kerce was preced-
ed in death by his father, Percy
Kerce and a brother, Robert S.
Kerce.
Mr. Kerce is survived by his daugh-,
ter, Amanda Kerce (Robert Ausley)
of Micanopy, Florida; his mother,
Estelle Kerce of Johnson Florida: a
brother. John A. Kerce I \.li-h on i o,
Cov. Pen Lake -Florid.: and iv.'o is-
ters, Shirley J. Garey (Bart) of Or-
ange Springs, Florida; and Margaret
E. Kerce of Gainesville, Florida.
Three nieces and two nephews also
survive.
Funeral services for Mr. Kerce will
be conducted at 10:30 A.M., Wed-
nesday, October 12, 2005 in the Par-
an Baptist Church with Rev. Charles
Litzell officiating. A 4:00 P.M. in-

ihalt afternoon in the Mt. Tabor
Cemetery in Lake City, Florida.

City who ,passed away Sunday,
October 9, 2005 at The Health
Center of Lake City will
be held 2:00 p.m. Wednesday,'
October 12, 2005 at the
Parkview Baptist Church Lake City
with Pastor Joe Butler Officiating.
The family will receive friends from -
noon until service time at, the
church. Interment will follow at Be-
thel Cemetery.
Mr. Larson was a native of Lake
City. He was a retired Bookkeeper.
He was a member of the Parkview
Baptist Church -were he sat on the


Church Building Committee. He
was a member of the Masonic
Lodge of Lake City and he was a
Shriner. Mr. Larson enjoyed sing-
ing, group trips and Ministry.
He is survived by his wife of 10
years, Myrtle, One daughter Bonnie'
Radford of Branford, FL. Six sons
Terry Rogers of Rocky Point N.
Carolina, Kelly Rogers of Wellborn
FL, Gordon Rogers of Lake City
FL, Henry Rogers of Branford FL,
Ralph Hardee of Lake City FL, Ike
McDonald of Lake City FL, One

Mrs. Mary C. Randolph
Mrs. Mary Randolph, 85, a resident
of Lake City, FL, died Friday Octo-
ber 7, 2005 in Shands at Lake Shore
Hospital after an extended illness..
Mrs. Randolph had lived in Lake
City since 1970 coming from Scitu-
ate, Rhode Island. She was of the
Presbyterian Faith was a member of
the First Presbyterian Church of
Lake Cit\. Mr_.. Randolph alko \ol-
unteered in the Lake Shore Hospiial
Auxiliary for thirty-three years
where she served as Treasurer. She
was also a volunteer and Treasurer
for the Salvation Army for many
years, was a Tutor for the Literacy
Council, and served as a Board
Member and Treasurer of Happy
House. She was the daughter of the
late David A. & Isabell Campbell,
Adamson. Mrs. Randolph was pre-
ceded in death by her husband,
Doauid F. Randolph in 2000.
Mrs. Ranidolph is survived by, three
sons, Gary Randolph, and wife Dor-
na, of Lynchburg, VA, Gordon Ran-
dolph, arid wife Carrie, of Ogder
UT, and David F. Randolph, and
wife Nancy, of Lake City, a daugh-.
ter, Ann Randolph, of Crawford-
ville, FL. Also surviving are four
grandchildren, two great grandchil-
dren, and other relatives and friends.
A Memorial Service for Mrs. Ran-
dolph will be conducted on Tues-
day, October 11, 2005 at 11:00A.M.
in the First Presbyterian Church.

Mr. Jesse Lindsey ".Jess"
Roberts
Mr. Jesse Lindsey "Jess" Roberts,
Jr., 42, of Lake City, died late
Thursday afternoon of injuries sus-
tained in a work related accident. A
native and lifelong resident of Lake
City, Mr. Roberts was a member of
the 1981 graduating class of Colum-
bia High School. He owned and op-,
erated All American Power Wash-
ing and was a member of the New
Life Christian Fellowship church.,
Mr. Roberts coached his sons'
football team, the Presley Wolves.
He was an avid sports fan, and loved
the University of Florida Gators. In
his spare time he enjoyed hunting,
fishing,' golfing, & going to, the
movies, all of these he did to spend
time with his son, Trae. Mr. Roberts
was a member of the Quail Heights
Country Club, the Hamilton County
Country Club, the Lake City Lions
Club and numerous hunting clubs.
Mr. Roberts is survived by his wife
of fifteen years, Leesa Tickle Rob-
erts; his son, Jesse Lindsey "Trae"
Roberts, III; his father, Jesse Lind-
sev "Red" Roberts. Sr.(Susie) all of
Lake Cit his mother. Anna Mas-
terson (Johnr) ,i, Mnticello -l
brother, Michael W. Roberts, Sr.,
Lake City; three step-brothers, Carl
Bullard Jr., (Jolene), Dwayne Bul-
lard (Shannon); both of Lake City;
Sean Gall of Lake Butler; a step-sis-
ter, Beth Gall of Lake City; his
mother-in-law, Luna Faye Hill of
Lake- City; four brothers-in-law,
Billy tickle, Jason Jordan, & Jason
Smith all, of Lake City and Scott
Jordan of Alabama; three sisters-in-
