 MORE DEEP FREEZE WORK Overhaul and Repair Department at NAS Jar Is busy re-
 modifying four Navy R4Ds (commercial type aircraft) for another Deepfreeze expedition trip to the
 Antarctic. The two R4Ds above, minus their noses, are being equipped with special nose for mounting .
 radar gear. Remodification is expected to be completed August 1. Jax O&R also worked on the
 original .R4Ds which made the trip to the Antarctic last fall t
