The children participated in several activities including - bowling at Freedom Lanes, Bingo at The Zone and a spe- cial field trip to the movie theater to see "The Shaggy Dog." The week concluded with a pizza party on Friday. "Spring Break Camp is like a mini summer camp. While here, the children do art projects every day, play outside, break up into groups to do rotating activities and partici- pate in low and high active games. While inside the cen- ter, they can use computers which are all connected to the Internet, play Nintendo, Sony PlayStation, board games and cards. We are keeping them pretty busy," said NAS Jax YAC Director Megan Elliot. "We're trying to relate our activities to the spring season. We've made pinwheels and planted flowers in pots ' for them to take home . and watch grow." "I really like Spring . Break Camp. It's fun because we get to do a lot of different activi- c .t :- ties.
