 ELECTION NOTICE
The Town of' White Springs will hold a Council Election April
28, 2009 for two (2) council vacancies. Qualifying ends Noon
March 17, 2009. Candidates must pick up their packets in
person in order to receive filing instructions and information
from Town Clerk, Shirley Heath. Packets will be available
beginning Wednesday, February 25, 2009.

Candidates who DO NOT complete all the qualifying process
and paperwork by Noon, March, 17, 2009 WILL NOT be on the
ballot.

,Candidates for office shall have been duly registered voters in
Hamilton County and must physically reside in the Town of
White Springs for twelve (12) months immediately preceding
qualifying' Any person who has been currently deprived of his
civil rights through conviction for committing a crime involving
a felony or moral turpitude shall'not be qualified to hold office.
