Stanton Holton, Cooks approached brothers Jeffery Clark and Faron Fillyaw in the parking lot of Stormant's Grocery Store and 'told them he wanted $5. When Fillyaw refused, Clark said that Cooks "started toward Fillyaw like he was going to hit him," so Clark pushed him backwards, knocking him _ down. Clark said that as Cooks was getting up, Cooks stabbed him in the right side of the chest with a pair of scissors, at which point Clark knocked him back down. Cooks allegedly stabbed Clark again under the right arm and ran into the store, exiting through the back door. Cooks was arrested a short time later, but the weapon was not located. Clark was treated by EMS on scene and transported via helicopter to Shands at UF. He has since been released. Cooks was transported to the HIamilton County Jail where he is being held without bond.
