Bil- ly Ray Rogers, 63, was extradited back to Jasper on July 10, where he was formally charged with four of child molestation felony counts: two counts of lewd or lascivious molestation of a child and two counts of lewd or lascivious conduct on a child: solicitation. According to County Coordinator Danny Johnson, Commissioner Ron- nie Morgan played the key role in the opening of the sta- tion. Working close- ly with EMS Direc- tor Edgar Lumpkin, response time for emergency services provided to Zone 3 has been greatly im- proved.
