Before retir- ing, he was a nurse practitioner as- signed to Bassett Army Community Hospital, Fort Wainwright, Fairbanks, Alas. Maj. Rogers is the son of O'Dell and Delia Rogers of Lake City, Fla. His wife, Debbie, is the daughter of Dorothy Warren, White Springs. He graduated from Columbia High School in Lake City in 1974, and received a bachelor's degree in 1995 from Austin Peay State University, Clarksville, Tenn.
