The highly-acclaimed four-event series opens Sept. 22 with "Vienna to Broadway" presented by the Jacksonville Lyric Opera Company. "Vienna to Broadway" includes high- lights of operetta, grand opera, and classic Broadway favorites performed by a quartet of gifted soloists and their superb accompanist. Titles include The Merry Widow, Die Fledermaus, La Boheme, La Traviata, The Student Prince, Show Boat and Carousel. The show fea- tures musical staging reflect- ing the historical period of each piece, supported by seamless transitions from number to number.
