This is the month in which all vari- able costs are assumed to be paid and is usually the month in which the crop is harvested--although it need not be. The defau-lt month for this calculation is June. Title (Part 2) Three 80-character lines (including spaces) are available for entitling a budget. The resulting title will be printed on the budget output and stored as a permanent part of the budget. The title must be provided even if part or all of the space provided is unused in the de- sired title. Footnote (Part 3) Three 80-character lines are also provided for a footnote to the budget. Unlike the space provided for the title, however, the last line of the footnote is dedicated to information identifying the individual preparing the budget input form and its date of preparation. As with the title, the footnote is printed and stored with the budget, and should, therefore, include anything that clarifies or assists in interpreting the budget.
