If, for any reason, the Library is unable to complete the preservation of me plannedhumber of volumes, a portion of funds may, by mutual agreement among the parties involved, be decommitted and reallocated to another institution participating in the project. Texas A&M University agrees to allow staff salaries, supplies and indirect cost recovery as detailed in the attached budget and worksheet to provide the necessary one-third cost share. Attached is the final summary project budget, along with a back-up sheet describing how the per volume costs and the Texas A&M contribution were calculated, as per Sam Demas' instructions.
