 618.28 This chapter not to affect certain aws.-Tlhe provisions of
this chapter shall not be construed to affect, limit or in anywise interfere
with lhe rights, powers or privileges of any corporation or association
which exists or which may be hereafter organned under chapter 619 and
laws prior thereto.
