FOREWORD This booklet was published in the interest of continu- ing the agricultural and industrial progress that Florida has made during the past 30 years. Only with an educated and informed public will this State continue being one of the country's leaders in furnishing America's residents the necessary foodstuffs and other materials which give the people of this continent the opportunity of "having the highest living standard in the world." With this thought in mind we are happy to present you with this booklet. It is but a token expression of the service that the Florida Department of Agriculture is giving to the residents of this State, this country, and the world.
