PRESENTATION OF DATA The data used for this report were obtained during the period October 1935 to September 1963. If the physical conditions in the basin remain unaltered and no drastic changes in the climate take place, values for the next 28 years should be very similar to those for this period. The 28-year moving average of annual rainfall at Orlando beginning in 1893 has varied from the 71-year average by no more than 3.8 percent, indicating that conditions during
