PERDIDO RIVER BASIN OCCURRENCE OF WATER The Perdido River, the westernmost stream in Florida, forms the part of the boundary line between Florida and Alabama. The part of the basin in Florida lies in a narrow band, 5 to 10 miles wide, along the eastern side of the main channel in Escambia County.
