Part I is "1988 and 1989 Florida Petroleum Production and Exploration;" Part II, "Petroleum Exploration and Development Policies in Florida: Response to Public Concern for Sensitive Environments;" and Part III: "Petrology and Provenance of the Norphlet Formation, Panhandle, Florida." These reports discuss 1988 and 1989 oil and gas production and exploration, the history of Florida's petroleum policy and legislation, and the geology of the gas-producing Norphlet Formation, respectively.
