C. L. FELTON. SPECIAL REPRESENTATIVE COLUMBUS DESPATCH. DAYTON JOURNAL DAVENPORT DEMOCRAT & LEADER. Fort Lauderdale, Fla., April 27, 1912. William L. Larkin, Esq. Miami, Fla. Dear Sir: After my trip through the Everglades, I am convinced that the drainage project, now nearing completion, is the most practical that could be devised and should have the approval of every citizen of the state, and, in fact of the entire nation. The millions of acres of land which are being reclaimed through this project isnaturally rich and productive and needs no artificial assistance. In my opinion, it is more valuable for agricultural and horticultural purposes than any other in the United States. Very truly yours, C. L. FELTON, Representing-. Columbus Despatch. Dayton Journal.
