Robert V. Vaughn, a 27-year V.I. resident, is a professional librarian/educator, holds an
archival studies certificate, an author, a former columnist for the St. Croix Avis, and a
former senior statistician/analyst for General Motors. He developed computerized
databases on Virgin Islands topics, and has written and presented numerous papers on
the Virgin Islands. He was a member of the Governor's Library Advisory Council under
three administrations.
