SECTION 3. The Commission is authorized and directed to study the issue of
eligibility requirements for voting on the status referendum and submit a report on its
findings to the Governor and Legislature within 180 days of the effective date of this
Act.

 Thus passed by the Legislature of the Virgin Islands on May 29, 1991.
